CCI Strategy using Stochastic and WPR - with Trailing Stop
CCI Strategy using Stochastic and WPR - with Trailing Stop
Author: eMoe
This strategy opens the Sell positions when CCI crosses the Stochastic %D from above, and Buy positions when it crosses the WPR from below. It is a modification of my other strategy CCI Strategy using Stochastic and WPR
In this script, I have added the trailing stop (manually programmed) instead of a regular stop and limit.

Dear Admin! I am testing this strategy with EUR / USD and the results are negative or insignificant. Can you suggest that pais are the best to use with this strategy and time frame. Got some result using a stop about 180in 30 minutes time frame (but insignificant). I made very many tests on the platform, short periods of 1 day, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 days with all time frames. Please tell me something that works with this.
Best Regards

Dear, AdministratorNow i use 150, but program write me this: ''CODE 20131 MESSAGE Exception at trading strategy "New CCI with Trailing Stop2" in routine OnNewRate at Line:Column 88:5 Не удается выставить ордер так близко к рынку: .00091 < .001''
Dear, imax
It looks like you have the same problem as described above. Try to change your Stop value. Probably your Stop is set to something like 15, but you need to use 150, as you have 5 digits after decimal point
Best regards. ActFx Support Team.

Lord programmers. Need your help. What you need to add to this strategy:
1. I put starter trailing stop at 50 points. When passing price of 50P in our direction, this trailing stop should be automatically transferred to 30 points (on prices Hi)
2. Make an additional signal, when CCI bounces from zero line (provided that its course began because of the line + / -100). Hammering is the indicator turns in the region from 0 to + / -50 and the current bar CCI should be more than the previous by at least 15 points (signal not taken into account if demolishing the zero line bar CCI closes line + / -100). CCI not cross the zero line. At these conditions the signals of other indicators are ignored.
3. Make an additional signal, when the CCI crosses the zero line and never reach the line + / -100 on the opposite side takes place (provided that his course began because of the line + / - 100). The intersection of the zero line in the opposite direction and closing CCI bar at least 15 points behind her, is a signal to the open position (the signal is ignored if breakdown of the zero line bar CCI rose behind the + / -100, and if opposite side to the breakdown, was formed more than 5 bars). Under these conditions the signals of other indicators not considered.
Sorry for my English. I hope that I wrote all clear ...
Yes, of course! You can download the strategy and make any changes you need. After that you can post your modified strategy on the forum topic or send it to us. Best regards. Forum administration.

Hi. Can use this strategy to make changes - to enter trading is not a fixed lot, but 10% of the deposit?

Does someone know because in demo this strategy gives an extraordinary result and in real alone it gives losses?

Yes, but only in the Strategy Tester and on demo for a short while. The logic works as expected. However, for now I cannot judge if it is profitable or not.
