- three consequent candles are bearish
- the Bears Power is increasing, but it is negative
- the last Bulls Power max is higher than the previous one
It is time to open a buy position, if:
- three consequent candles are bullish
- the Bulls Power is decreasing, but it is positive
- the last Bulls Power min is lower than the previous one
