MA deviated by ATR indicator

Author: Rezist

This indicator is similar to Bollinger Band indicator but instead of standard deviation as a measure of volatility it uses ATR (Average True Range).
Middle level is used for detecting medium-term trend.
Other levels are calculated as Moving Average ± ATR multiplied by Fibonacci Factors (1.6180, 2.6180 and 4.2360)

Dear, users!

Please, NOTE that the indicator should be added and compiled in INDICATOR editor (not the Strategy editor)
